March /April 2009

Greetings from Tree's Place,

Spring is right around the corner, and the gallery is receiving new works daily in preparation for our upcoming show season! We have included here some highlights of recent arrivals to the gallery. We have also posted the 2009 exhibition schedule on the Tree's Place web site.

In addition, we have created several new ways to communicate, through an interactive Tree's Place blog, www.treesplacegallery.blogspot.com and through Facebook, www.facebook.com. If you are on Facebook, you can now become a fan of Tree's Place and access daily updates there. A link to the Tree's Place blogspot is conveniently located on the gallery page of our web site.

Be sure to click on the poster below to read about artist Robert Vickrey's upcoming retrospective exhibit, March 23rd through April 26th, at Fairfield University's Thomas J. Walsh Art Gallery. Tickets to the opening reception and informal talk are still available. As the ground thaws and the days get longer, we look forward to seeing more of you in the gallery during your visits to Orleans.

Cheers,

Alison and Julie
